Micro Pelletizer & Trough



 
 
This lab duty bench pelletizer was designed to work with Randcastle 1/4 and 3/8 inch extruders.  In a pinch (meaning intermittent light duty use), it can work with our 1/2 and 5/8 inch extruders.   However, the wear on the bearings, nip rolls and cutter will accelerate. 

 The Micropelletizer should be ordered with gears specifically for the specific output range of the extruder.   Typically, 0.02 inch for the 1/4 and 3/8 inch extruder and 0.06 inches for the 1/2 and 5/8 inch Microtruder.
