This compact line can do triple duty. The take off slides into position using 'V' groove casters. With the nip roll retracted, you make cast film. Use one pay off and the nip roll to extrusion coat and both pay offs to laminate.
The nip roll has a water cooled backing roll and is pressurized by 3 inch diameter air cylinders. A secondary chill roll roll insures complete cooling of the film. Note that the side of the laminator plate allows the die to fit very snugly into the nip for minimal neck in.
