RCP-0750 Cast Film System with 12" Cast Film Die


    A 12 inch fixed die on only a 3/4 inch extruder is hardly typical.  But, this was a quality control application. 

   Using a fixed lip die meant that no one could adjust it-which is what the QC guys wanted.  They also wanted a 10 inch wide sample to test and a tension controlled winder.
