RCP-0500 Micro Pelletizing System
 
 
The 1/2 inch Microtruder is the best choice for low ouput applications for use with typical 1/8 inch pellets.  So, it's great if you only have a little material, your materials are very expensive, or you just don't need to pelletize very much.   

   You can use either the Micropelletizer shown here or the RCP-2.0 pelletizers.  The Micropelletizer is fine for light duty applications, very intermittent use, and where there's a serious budget issue.  Otherwise, the RCP-2.0 is superior.

 Mixing screws are available and tandem extruders can be used for venting applications.
