5 Layer and 11 Layer Blown Film Lines
This Coextrusion Blown Film System promotes a stable bubble and uniformity of the rolls. The die was designed specifically for the lab where the viscosity of the material isn't unknown prior to a trial. 

This die processes a great of polymers making uniform film without the weld lines of a spider die. A unique feature of this die is that additional flow plates can be added to create more layers. A total of 15 layers can be achieved.

The modular base shown allows the 5 Layer Blown Film System to be expanded to an 11 Layers Blown Film System. Many base configuartion are available.

The unique dual air ring can be adjusted on the fly to convert to a single air ring or some combination in between.  The collapsing canopy is high molecular weight to minimize drag on the bubble.  The tower is height adjustable to process the widest range of materials.
