RCPH-1000 Pelletizing System For Batch Mixers and Reactors    

This line lets you make pellets from a polymer reactor or batch mixer. Material falls from the mixer or reactor into the feed opening of the extruder.  This feed connection is customized to match the supply machinery.  Mixing screws are available. A strand die, water trough, and  RCP-2.0 pelletizer, modified to  the height of the supply machinery, complete the system.
