| This large bench mounted line was designed for difficult to cool materials. The material exited horizontally, was held against the chill roll by the air knife, wrapped the main chill roll for 270 degrees held by the stripper roll, before it turned around the idler roll and exited to the left. By using our vertically oriented die, and repositioning the air knife, the line becomes a traditional vertical cast film system. | |
